We're looking for developers who love working on multiple challenges simultaneously. Whether it's server-side Python web application code, front-end GUI development, or data crunching and analysis in SQL, every day brings a new set of interesting problems to solve and technologies to explore. 

Just about everything that we do here is important and you will be required to make great decisions without much supervision. We work without hierarchies, with mutually earned respect and pizza slices on a first come first serve basis. 

About You 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• Extremely strong fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong coding abilities, preferably in multiple languages on UNIX systems (Python experience a huge plus!)
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong desire to learn about new technologies and systems.

How much do we pay?

Quite well, but really it depends upon how good you are and yes, your compensation does includes meaningful equity ownership
